3. Safety Management Measures

Our Company will establish internal regulations to comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Guidelines for handling personal information, and will appoint a personal information manager in each department that handles personal information, who will verify that personal information is being handled in accordance with the basic handling methods that have been established in advance, and will establish and maintain a system for protecting personal information, including requiring employees to report to the personal information manager in the event of a leak or other incident, and having the personal information manager periodically inspect the status of handling of personal information.
